About this tool.
Is my image uploaded?
No. The file is read and processed inside your browser; nothing is sent to a server.
Is anything cropped?
No. The photo is scaled to fit inside the target size and the remaining space is filled with the padding colour, so the whole product stays in frame.
What happens to the photo's metadata?
Resizing writes a new file, so embedded metadata — camera details, location and any AI-disclosure marker — is not carried over. Herofab images are already delivered at marketplace size and keep their AI marker, so they do not need this tool.
Why is my small photo blurry after resizing?
A photo smaller than the target is enlarged to fit, which cannot add detail. Start from the largest original you have.
