# Streetwear on a model, with the graphic as the product.

On a graphic tee or a hoodie the print is what is being sold, and a drop may consist of only a few pieces. Herofab dresses a studio model in each piece from a phone photo and is briefed to keep prints and logos, with the back print on the back and a city street available as the setting.

## What the images of a drop have to get right.

1. ### Front graphic, back print, small logo

A chest graphic, a large back print and a small logo on a sleeve or on the peak of a cap are three different tasks. Back prints stay on the back. Where a print can be matched it is carried over from the photo; where it cannot, it is redrawn, and such an image calls for a close reading of every letter and every line.
2. ### Street and studio for one drop

The city street is one of the locations, alongside outdoor and lifestyle backgrounds, lit by the scene's own light, morning, golden hour or overcast. A studio white or studio grey image of the same piece gives the product page its plain view. In a drop of few pieces, each one can be given both.
3. ### Oversized and boxy cuts

Much of streetwear is cut wide on purpose: dropped shoulders, a boxy body, a long sleeve. The size is chosen from XS to XXL and the fit follows it, without measuring a real body. Compare the shoulder line, the sleeve length and the hem with the garment as worn, and give the measured width and length in the listing.

## Photographing a drop front, back and detail.

- Lay the tee or hoodie flat with the print fully open and no fold through the graphic, and photograph it from directly above with the whole garment in the frame.
- Turn the piece over and take the back in exactly that way, then a close-up of the smallest lettering: a sleeve print, a woven tab, embroidery on a cap.
- Photograph caps and sneakers on a plain surface, one item or one pair per photo, with the logo side toward the camera.

## AI product photos for streetwear brands, answered.

**Does a back print stay on the back of a tee or a hoodie?**

Back prints are briefed to stay on the back, and labels sewn inside stay inside. Upload a back photo together with the front; the two views can be ordered as one set. Without a back photo the tool has no record of the graphic behind, so a piece with a back print needs both photos.

**Which size setting shows a boxy cut as it was designed?**

An oversized look in the image comes from the size selected, so choose it with the intended fit in mind and compare the result with the garment as worn. The setting is not a measurement of how the piece fits a real body, which is why the measured chest width and body length are given in the listing.

**Are the caps and sneakers of a drop handled like its tees?**

Headwear and footwear are product categories of their own in virtual try-on. A cap is placed on the model's head, and sneakers are framed from the knee down. Each needs a source photo of its own, one item on a plain surface, and one model can be chosen for the whole drop so that the images belong together.

**How much does it cost?**

5 credits per image, plus one credit for 4K. The cost is shown before you generate, and if a job fails the credits are returned. The 20 free credits at sign-up cover 4 images with this tool.
